March 2023: Team Coaching
Freddi Donner shared some of the highs and lows of team coaching, some pricing considerations, and other things to think about. She briefly shared three assessments she has used with teams and comment on each considering their appropriate use, audience, etc. She helped participants decide if team coaching is for them, and determine if and how to approach adding this service to their business model.
