December 2023: Celebrating Success
Will had an Open Discussion with our group facilitators on The Power of Rituals, Fun and Happiness. Rituals are a huge part of what give us constructive as well as destructive stress. We shared with each other the power of rituals in our life and how to engage with them during our celebrations for our own growth as well as for our clients. We learned that celebrating our client’s progress and successes is part of facilitating client growth through partnering reinforcing a coaching competency.
