INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION TRAINING 

Face-to-face communication is one of the most difficult things that we do. It includes seeing, hearing, feeling, and deciphering all the verbal and nonverbal cues involved in a one-on-one conversation. Because I have a specialty in tools-based communication training, your participants and employees will walk away from activities-based training with actionable skills that help conversations become constructive.
